New way to cook
Never cooked with this method, so far we have found it to be an interesting change. Fish was done perfectly, consistent heat/texture throughout. Not sure about cooking in plastic, so looking for a reusable bag, hint hint.

Great product and awesome packaging
This is a wonderful kitchen tool. I made a Strip Steak. I like my steaks medium rare and sometimes that can be a challenge. The Sous Vide made it easy, simple and it came out perfect with no effort. I love it.
