We know you’re excited about your purchase, and we want you to get it as soon as possible. Good news, we provide "free priority" shipping from USPS on all purchases over $35! And, we ship all orders placed before 2pm CST on business days the day of—and any orders placed after 2pm CST the following business day.
Our number one priority is that you have a great experience shopping with us. If you change your mind or have any issues with your purchase, you may return your product to us within the first 30 days—no questions asked. You will receive a full refund equal to the cost of your original purchase price, applied to your original method of payment. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Products returned must also be in the condition they were when received and will be checked to authenticate this is the case.
How to Make a Return
- If you need to return a product, reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org or 866.991.8494, and let us know what's going on.
- We will verify the return and walk you through the return process.
- You will also be provided a return number.
- Ship the product to us at 6951A N. Hanley Rd. Hazelwood, MO 63042. In addition to the address, please include your return number as well as your Shopify order number on the outside of the package.
- Once you receive a tracking number for the package, please email that to us as well.
- After we receive your return and verify it's in like new condition, we will fully refund the purchase price of the product to the original method of payment. We will also send you a confirmation email once the return is processed.
