I just recently sat down and figured the monitor out. It was extremely easy to set up and use. I am very happy. Also, your customer service has been excellent.
Mine is several year sold and works fine. I used to get atrial fibrillation which I monitored and went to the ER often if my monitor read high. This device may have saved my life.

Stopped Working and Syncing
This was sent to me by my doctors office for telemedicine- I must monitor BP 5x days a week. Less than 3 months in the machine is broken. The readings vary drastically within a few minutes sometimes and then others it just shuts off. The scale that was sent has never worked... I would say to $$ the money to get an upgraded version or another model all together.
