Good product, excellent customer service
This BP monitor is much easier to use and less prone to yield error codes than the one I had before. The 60-reading memory per user (two users) is a great feature. But, what I want to call attention to is the excellent customer service. Like some other reviewers, I found the cuff that came with the device to be too large to use easily. When I saw in reviews that Greater Goods offered those customers a smaller cuff, I jumped on that opportunity. After emailing (on a weekend!), I got a reply in a very short period of time asking for relevant information, which I sent on. One day later, a smaller cuff is on its way to me. That's great service in this day and age. Thanks, GG!

The Greater Goods blood pressure monitor arrived quickly, was well packaged, with easy to understand instructions. The cuff fits very well and is very easy to wrap around my arm. We also acquired a second, smaller cuff, and that works well and is easy to swap out when needed. The display is easy to read and the data appears to be very reliable and matches the reading from other blood pressure systems we have used.
