Summary
There’s nothing like a well-seasoned dish, but instead of grabbing store-bought blends, why not whip up your own? Not only can you control the flavor, but it’s also a fun way to add a personal touch to your cooking.
Ingredients

Pumpkin Pie Spice

3 Tbsp Cinnamon

2 Tsp Ground Ginger

2 Tsp Nutmeg

Tsp Allspice

Tsp Ground Cloves

Italian Seasoning

2 Tbsp Dried Basil

2 Tbsp Dried Oregano

1 Tbsp Dried Rosemary

1 Tbsp Dried Thyme

1 Tbsp Dried Marjoram

1 Tsp Garlic Powder

Taco Seasoning

2 Tbsp Chili Powder

1 Tbsp Cumin

1 Tbsp Paprika

1 Tsp Garlic Powder

1 Tsp Onion Powder

1 Tsp Dried Oregano

1 Tsp Salt

½ Tsp Red Pepper Flakes (Optional for Heat)

Herbs De Provence

2 Tbsp Dried Thyme

2 Tbsp Dried Rosemary

1 Tbsp Dried Basil

1 Tbsp Dried Tarragon

1 Tbsp Dried Marjoram

1 Dried Bay Leaf (Crushed)

½ Tsp Dried Lavender (Optional)

Directions

1. Mix It Up

Mix the ingredients well and store them in airtight containers to keep the flavors fresh. Each recipe should yield about ½ to ¾ cup of spice blend, perfect for keeping handy in the kitchen for weeks to come—just make sure to label them!

Notes

1. Keep Cool

Keep your spice blends in a cool, dark place to maximize their shelf life, and give the jars a quick shake before using to redistribute the spices.

2. Create a Spicy Masterpiece

Rub on chicken or fish before roasting, stir into soups, sprinkle over veggies, or knead into homemade bread dough—the flavorful possibilities are endless!
