Summary

Craving carrot cake but want to keep it light? This carrot cake smoothie has all the cozy flavors—warm cinnamon, sweet carrots, and creamy coconut—without the sugar crash. Plus, it’s packed with protein, fiber, and healthy fats to keep you full and energized.

Ingredients

1 Large Carrot, Sliced

1 Frozen Banana

½ Cup Frozen Pineapple

¾ Cup Coconut Milk

¼ Cup Plain Greek Yogurt

¼ Cup Oats

1 Tbsp Almond Butter

1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder

½ Tsp Cinnamon

Pinch of Nutmeg

Directions

Blend Until Smooth

Grab a blender and add the carrot, banana, pineapple, coconut milk, Greek yogurt, oats, almond butter, protein powder, cinnamon, and nutmeg.

Let it run until everything is creamy and well combined. If it’s too thick, add a splash of water or more coconut milk.

Pour & Enjoy

Pour into a glass and sip on your carrot cake-inspired treat—no baking required!

Notes

1. No Frozen Banana?

Use a fresh one and add a handful of ice for a thicker texture.

2. Get Extra Sweetness

Add a drizzle of honey or maple syrup.

3. For a Nut-Free Version

Use sunflower seed butter instead of almond butter
