Pumpkin isn’t just for pie, so let’s turn it into a dreamy pull-apart bread instead! This pumpkin pull-apart bread is the ultimate fall treat and it’s super easy to make!

Ingredients

For the Bread:

¾ Cup Pumpkin Puree

½ Cup Granulated Sugar (Divided)

1 Tsp Vanilla Extract

1 Tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice

1 Large Egg

1 8ct Can Biscuits

1 Tsp Cinnamon

For the Glaze:

½ Cup Powdered Sugar

1 Tsp Cinnamon

3 Tbsp Heavy Whipping Cream

Directions

1. Preheat the Oven

Set your oven to 350°F and grease a loaf pan.

2. Make the Pumpkin Filling

In a bowl, mix together the pumpkin puree, ¼ cup granulated sugar, vanilla extract, pumpkin pie spice, and one egg until well combined. Then, set it aside.

3. Prepare the Cinnamon Sugar

In another bowl, combine the remaining ¼ cup of sugar with 1 teaspoon of cinnamon.

4. Slice the Biscuits

Grab your biscuit dough and slice each biscuit in half horizontally to create two thin rounds from each biscuit.

5. Assemble the Bread

Coat each biscuit slice in the cinnamon-sugar mixture, then lay them flat. Spread a layer of the pumpkin mixture on top of each slice. Stack another biscuit slice on top and repeat the process until you’re out of biscuits and pumpkin mixture.

6. Bake

Place the stacked biscuits in your greased loaf pan and bake for 35 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through. Then, let it cool.

7. Make The Glaze

While the bread cools, whisk together the powdered sugar, cinnamon, and heavy whipping cream until smooth and drizzle-ready.

8. Drizzle & Serve

Drizzle the glaze over the warm pull-apart bread, pull off a piece, and enjoy!

Notes

1. Get Creative With The Glaze

Add a pinch of nutmeg or a dash of maple syrup to your glaze for extra flavor.

2. Serve Warm

This bread is best served fresh out of the oven while it’s warm and gooey.
