Triple Berry Cobbler

This triple berry cobbler is the ultimate comfort dessert!

  • For the Filling
  • 4 cups fresh blueberries, strawberries & blackberries
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • For the Crumble Topping
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • ¾ cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • ½ cup brown sugar, or granulated sugar
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ¾ cup (1 1/2 sticks) cold unsalted butter, cut into small cubes

1. Preheat Oven to 350°

And butter a skillet.

2. Add Berries 

Toss berries, sugar, flour, cornstarch and salt into the skillet. Stir to combine, then smooth the berry mixture into an even layer.

3. Make the Crumble

Add flour, oats, sugar, salt, cinnamon, and cold cubed butter into a stand mixer and mix until the ingredients form into coarse clumps. The clumps should hold together when you squeeze it with your hand. 

4. Top Your Cobbler 

Crumble the topping over the skillet of berries.

5. Bake 

Bake for 35 minutes, or until the edges are bubbling and the top is golden brown.

6. Serve

Let the cobbler cool slightly and serve warm.
