Summary

This homemade strawberry chia jam is quick, simple, and made with just a few wholesome ingredients—no refined sugar, no pectin, and zero canning required.

Ingredients

Cups Roasted, Unsalted Peanuts

Directions

1. Add Peanuts to Food Processor

Pour the peanuts into your food processor.

2. Blend Until Smooth

Blend for 3–5 minutes, pausing every 30 seconds to scrape down the sides.

First, the peanuts will become crumbs, then a thick paste, and finally a smooth, creamy butter. Keep blending until it reaches your preferred consistency.

3. Store & Serve

Spoon the peanut butter into an airtight container and store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.

Notes

1. Optional Add-Ins

Add a pinch of salt if your peanuts were unsalted and you like a salty-sweet flavor. Add 1–2 tsp of honey or maple syrup for natural sweetness. Just a dash of cinnamon or vanilla adds warmth and depth.

2. Stay in Control

Use raw or dry-roasted peanuts if you want to control the roast flavor.

3. Make Crunchy Peanut Butter

For crunchy peanut butter, pulse in a handful of chopped peanuts at the end.
