Summary

Ripe, juicy peaches. A pat of butter. A sprinkle of brown sugar and cinnamon. That’s all it takes to make these baked peaches—a warm, gooey treat that’s as easy as it is irresistible.

Ingredients

3 Large Peaches

2 Tbsp Salted Butter

2 Tbsp Light Brown Sugar

¼ Tsp Ground Cinnamon

Directions

1. Prep the Peaches

Preheat your oven to 375°F. Then, slice the peaches in half and remove the pits. Place them cut side up in a baking dish.

2. Add the Topping

In a small bowl, combine brown sugar and cinnamon. Place a small pat of butter into the center of each peach half, then sprinkle the brown sugar mixture over the top of each peach.

3. Bake & Serve

Bake for 10 minutes, until the peaches are tender and the sugar is bubbly. Serve warm, and ideally with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

Notes

1. Add Some Extra Carmelization

Broil for 1–2 minutes after baking for more color and flavor.

2. Use Ripe Peaches

Use firm, ripe peaches—they’ll hold their shape better

3. Want a Little More Spice?

Add a pinch of nutmeg for extra warmth.
