Summary

This low-calorie, high-protein berry trifle is the perfect light dessert or snack—layered with Greek yogurt, fresh berries, honey, and graham cracker crumbles. Ready in minutes and under 180 calories per serving!

Ingredients

2 Cups Non-Fat Greek Yogurt

1 Cup Strawberries, Sliced

1 Cup Blueberries

1 Cup Raspberries

4 Tsp Honey

2 Full Sheets Graham Crackers

½ Tsp Vanilla Extract

2 Tsp Lemon Juice (optional, to brighten the berries)

Directions

1. Prep the Berries

Toss strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries with lemon juice and half the honey (2 tsp).

Then, let them sit for a 5 to 10 minutes to get juicy.

2. Mix the Yogurt

Stir Greek yogurt with vanilla extract and the remaining 2 tsp of honey until smooth.

3. Crush the Crackers

Crumble graham crackers into small chunks—not too fine, you want some texture.

4. Layer It Up

In small glasses or jars, start with a layer of graham cracker crumbs, then a spoonful of yogurt, then a scoop of berries. Repeat until you reach the top, finishing with a pop of color from the berries.

5. Chill & Serve

Let trifles chill for 30 minutes, then grab a spoon and dig in!

Notes

1. Great for Meal Prep

Store in the fridge for up to 2 days—just add graham crackers right before serving to keep them crisp.

2. Add More Crunch

Want a crunchier bite? Top with a sprinkle of slivered almonds or chia seeds.

3. Sweeten Your Way

Don’t love honey? Try maple syrup or agave instead.
