Summary

Cool, creamy, and no-bake—these lemon cups are the ultimate summer dessert. Made with cream, sugar, and lemon juice, they set into a silky custard with zero fuss. Serve in lemon shells for a fresh, fun twist!

Ingredients

600ml Heavy Whipping Cream

200g Sugar

2 Tbsp Lemon Zest

75ml Fresh Lemon Juice

Directions

1. Heat the Cream

In a saucepan, combine cream and sugar over medium heat. Stir constantly until sugar dissolves and fine bubbles appear around the edges.

2. Add Lemon

Remove from heat and stir in lemon zest and lemon juice. Let the mixture cool for 10 minutes.

3. Strain & Chill

Strain the mixture into small cups, ramekins, or lemon shells for a playful twist. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, until set and creamy.

Notes

1. Keep Stirring

Make sure to stir constantly while heating so the cream doesn’t scorch.

2. Keep it Zesty

Straining removes the zest for a silky finish—but you can skip it if you like texture.

3. Save Some for Later

Store leftovers covered in the fridge for up to 3 days.
