Ingredients

3 Heirloom Tomatoes

2 Ripe Peaches

8 Oz Fresh Mozzarella

½ Cup Fresh Berries (Blueberries, Blackberries, Or Raspberries)

¼ Cup Fresh Basil

2 Tbsp Olive Oil

2 Tbsp Balsamic Glaze

Salt & Pepper To Taste

Directions

1. Layer the Base

On a serving platter, layer slices of heirloom tomatoes, ripe peaches, and mozzarella.

2. Season It

Drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with a pinch of salt and cracked black pepper.

3. Top it Off

Scatter fresh berries on top. Add torn basil leaves, and finish with a swirl of balsamic glaze.

Notes

1. Make Sure It’s Ripe

Use the ripest fruit you can find. The flavor makes all the difference.

2. Use Burrata

Swap mozzarella for burrata if you want something extra creamy.

3. Lemon Works Too

Not into balsamic glaze? A squeeze of lemon or drizzle of honey works too.
