Ingredients
For the Cranberry Simple Syrup
1 Cup Water
1 Cup Sugar
2 Cups Cranberries
For the Cocktail
1.5 Oz Uv Blue
1 Oz Blue Curaçao Liqueur
1 Oz Cranberry Simple Syrup
1 Oz Fresh Lemon Juice
Ice Cubes
1 Lemon Twist
Instructions
1: Make a Simple Syrup
Add cranberries, water, and sugar to a saucepan. Bring the mixture to a boil. Give it a good stir and reduce to a simmer. Let it cook for about 10 minutes, or until the cranberries have burst and the syrup has thickened. Then, strain the mixture and set it aside to cool.
2: Shake it Up
Fill a Shaker with Ice, vodka, UV Blue, Cranberry Syrup, and fresh lemon juice. Then shake the ingredients vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until chilled.
3: Make it Strain
Strain the cocktail over a tall glass of ice.
4: Garnish
Garnish with an umbrella and a lemon twist, and take a sip!
