2 Tsp Vegetable or Olive Oil

¾ Cup Pizza Sauce

Cup Shredded Mozzarella

Toppings (E.G., Diced Onions, Peppers, Cooked Sausage, or Your Favorites)

Directions

1. Roll Out the Dough

Lightly flour your work surface and roll the pizza dough into a round, about the size of your skillet.

2. Heat the Skillet

Add oil to a skillet and heat over medium-high until shimmering.

3. Cook the Dough

Place the dough in the skillet and cook for 1 minute, until bubbles form. Then, flip it over.

4. Add the Good Stuff

Spread pizza sauce over the cooked side. Sprinkle on shredded cheese and your favorite toppings.

5. Melt and Finish

Reduce heat to medium, cover the skillet, and cook for 5 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

6. Cool and Slice
